Inspired by IGNBQ, Vesti Tools is a Greasemonkey script created by gamerX1011 that adds many features to the IGN Boards (see below). It is a non-profit project that is currently in active development. For more info, user guides, and frequently asked questions, check out the Links section below.

How can I install Vesti Tools?
Vesti Tools is currently a Firefox-exclusive feature. You must first install Greasemonkey add-on and reboot Firefox. Following that, install the script and reload the boards.
Is there anyway I can get rid of the main menu bar?
Right click the Greasemonkey icon > User Script Commands > Toggle Vesti Tools Toolbar
How can I access Vesti Tools settings?
Click the 
icon in the main menu bar or right click on the Greasemonkey icon > User Script Commands > Vesti Tools Settings. Don't forget to Save after any changes you've made.
How come my user colors aren't working?
In the Vesti Tools settings, make sure you insert the 6 digit hexadecimal code for a color (without the # sign). Click Post and the Refresh button if necessary.
Can User Colors be disabled?
Yes. Click on the Vesti Tools settings button, in the User Colors section, uncheck "Apply".
How do I do Topic Previews from the board page?
Alt + Click a thread. Make sure you hold down alt when clicking it. You can also do this on any thread link anywhere in the boards.
How can I increase the number of posts in Thread Preview?
Go to Vesti Tools settings, in the bottom under "Preview" change the number to your choice.
Is there a way to make Thread Preview scrolls of it's long?
A Stylish stylesheet is available for that here.
How do I preview someone's board statistics?
Alt + Click on someone's username anywhere in the boards.
What is "RPC" in the stats preview?
It's the "Real Post Count" of an account in the board, where as "Posts" represents the virtual post count that we see in the boards.
I double posted by accident?
Don't double click on the Post Reply button. You should probably avoid posting if it hasn't gotten the keys yet (look in the bottom left of the panel).
How can I make it so that plain text editor (Code View) is set for default?
In the Vesti Tools settings, uncheck "Default" under "WYSIWYG".
Why do I not see the close button in my Post A Topic box?
The Vesti Tools is developed in Firefox 3.5. If you have an older version, upgrading your Firefox might be the solution.
My WUL, deWUL, Ignore button shows up twice how do I get rid of that?
It's possible that you have an old version of Vesti Tools installed in Greasemonkey. Uninstall the old one.
