Board updates first proposed on 7/09. There were a few polls made by admin -1313-Evil Homer asking if users liked the designs, and the answers were overwhelmingly "No", but the update still went through a few months later. A lot of users claimed they were leaving once the update rolled around, but only a few actually did.
A lot of userscripts, stylesheets, and Firefox extensions (no homo) were made obsolete by the update. bluetex is one of these, but another set of stylesheets have been created to improve the look of the boards. Get it here
